Please come and join us in Oxford for the 2018 Magnetic Interactions Meeting.
We welcome presentations on research relating to magnetism and the magnetic field of the Earth and other planets and meteors. We particularly encourage presentations from early career scientists as well as research in progress.
There will be both oral and postal presentations in a relaxed and friendly environment, with ample time for discussion and debate. The conference presentations will occur on the afternoon of Thursday January 4th and morning on Friday January 5th.
There is no registration fee and thanks to our sponsors a buffet lunch and conference banquet in Exeter College will be provided free of charge. Please email any dietary requirements to the organisers after registration. Accomodation is available via University Rooms:
https://www.universityrooms.com/en-GB/city/oxford/home
Registration is open NOW via Eventbrite, and the deadline for registration is Thursday December 21st. The registration process is very quick and simple and we would encourage early registration so we can finalise numbers for the catering.
Abstracts can be emailed directly to Conall.MacNiocaill@earth.ox.ac.uk – abstracts will accepted right up to January 3rd, so long as you have registered for the meeting by December 21st.
We look forward to welcoming you to Oxford in the New Year.
