There are no printing, copying or scanning facilities within the library.

Scan & Deliver

Material held in the Bodleian Libraries Book Storage Facility can be scanned and sent directly to you. For more information see Scan and Deliver


You may copy:

  • one chapter of a book, or 5%, whichever is the greater
  • one article from a journal, conference proceedings or other non-literary collective work, or 5%, whichever is the greater

Document Supply

For any material not held in Oxford an interlibrary loan can be arranged through the Radcliffe Science Library – information can be found here.

Copac is a catalogue with holdings of all the research libraries in the UK, and it is a good starting point for finding what you require.

WorldCat has information on worldwide holdings and can be accessed via OxLIP+ or SOLO.

The librarian has payment tokens for postgraduates and academics. A discounted fee will be taken from your grant.
