Philip England awarded AGU’s 2018 Walter H. Buchner Medal

Congratulations to Professor Philip England on being awarded the AGU Walter H. Buchner Medal, announced in the AGU 2018 honors press release.

The Walter H. Bucher Medal is given every two years to an honoree in recognition for “original contributions to the basic knowledge of crust and lithosphere.”
