Tidying up
1. Make
appropriately named directories on /home/cometraid2
2. Copy the
interferogram files to this directory (see below for details of which
files to use)
1. The location of the files should be as
follows for ERS interferograms
This is the
format:
/home/cometraid2/interferograms/ers/track_{#}/ers{11/22/12/21}_{date1}_{date2}/frame_{start
#}_{end #}/
e.g.
/home/cometraid2/interferograms/track_35/ers12_930628_950831/frame_2801_2855/
If it does not
exist, you should also make a directory like this :
/home/cometraid2/interferograms/{coseis
/ interseis / postseis / dem}/{country}/{area}/ers/track_{#}{a/d}/
e.g
/home/cometraid2/interferograms/application/interseis/turkey/east/ers/track_35d/
where a/d is
short for ascending/descending.
Go to that
directory and insert a link to your new interferogram files:
e.g. "ln -s
/home/cometraid2/interferograms/ers/track_35/ers12_930628_950831 ."
2. Files to keep
It is probably
easiest to make a directory called "keep", and move all of these files
to it. Then copy them all to cometraid1.
Where an image
file is listed (*int, *cor, *unw), also keep its corresponding .rsc
file.
processing script
date1-date2.proc

rect_lookup.in
[this program does the geocoding]
../GEO/geomap_nrlks.trans
[you need this lookup table to do the geocoding again. Note the file in
the int* directory is just a link. Do not copy this.]

[keep all of the output geocoded interferograms, and any ermapper
headers]
hdr orbit files
hdr_data_points*.rsc [in case you need to use the header orbit
information again]
